Terms of Use

These terms describe the rules for using Beta H Pixel’s image gallery and visual community. Please read them before using the site. By using the services, you agree to these terms.

1. About the service and changes

Beta H Pixel provides image and wallpaper discovery, user profiles, visual posts, comments, likes, follows, and related digital features. Features can change or become unavailable. We will post revised terms here with an updated date; changes apply from publication, subject to rights that cannot be limited by law.

2. Accounts and access

Provide accurate information when creating or updating an account, keep your sign-in credentials private, and do not impersonate another person or use an account without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us through the contact form.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or misuse account, sign-in, or community features. The site currently provides sign-in, profile editing, and sign-out. It does not expose a self-service account-deletion control.

3. Community rules

When using community features, you must:

  • Treat other people respectfully; harassment, threats, and hateful conduct are not allowed.
  • Not post illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, exploitative, or intentionally harmful material.
  • Not share images or other material unless you own the rights or have the permissions required to publish it.
  • Not misuse comments, likes, or follows to spam, intimidate, manipulate, or disrupt others.
  • Not publish personal or confidential information about another person without a lawful basis and permission where required.

Use the contact form to tell us about a concern. The current public interface does not include an in-product reporting tool. Available administrative actions are limited to the controls actually provided; the current admin interface supports comment removal, and users can manage their own posts and comments.

4. User content and permissions

You keep the intellectual-property rights you hold in content you create. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, display, and share it, including any necessary permissions from people shown in images.

When you submit content, you grant Beta H Pixel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, display, and technically distribute that content only as needed to operate and provide the features you choose to use (such as displaying a post, profile image, or community search result). This permission does not transfer ownership. It lasts while the content is available through the service and for ordinary technical copies or backups retained by service providers under their own systems and obligations.

You can edit or delete your own posts and comments through the available controls. To raise a rights concern or request review of content you cannot remove yourself, contact us with its URL and an explanation. We can review requests and take action using the tools available to us; we do not promise a particular outcome or response time.

5. Beta H Pixel materials

The Beta H Pixel name, original interface, software, and original site design belong to their respective rights holders. Images and content submitted by users remain subject to their creators’ rights and do not become the site’s property just because they are posted. Do not reuse material where you lack permission or another legal basis. Some gallery images may be provided by external image sources under their respective terms; check the source and license for the individual image rather than assuming one license covers every image.

6. Points, shop items, and memberships

The shop and membership features use in-site Points for listed digital items and membership benefits. Points and digital items are service features, not cash, and cannot currently be purchased with real money through this site. No real-money checkout or payment processor is connected in the current public interface. Available items, point costs, and benefits are those displayed in the product at the time of use. Do not assume cash value, transferability, or a refund entitlement from these terms.

7. Third-party services and advertising

The service relies on third parties, including Supabase for account and application services, Formspree for contact-form delivery, and Google services for optional sign-in, image-similarity processing, and AdSense code on selected public pages. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Beta H Pixel does not control third-party websites, services, or advertisements, and does not endorse or guarantee an advertiser’s offer. Advertising may use cookies or similar technologies as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Service availability and responsibility

We work to keep the site useful, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, permanent storage, or that every feature will always work. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those that law requires. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Restrictions and account action

We may review a concern and restrict access or content where we have the relevant capability and where we consider it necessary to protect users, rights, the service, or comply with law. Any action depends on the facts, available tools, and applicable requirements. The public interface does not currently provide an account-suspension or post-reporting workflow.
